For an additional charge, you can go up to the 102nd floor enclosed observatory as well. Though the Empire State Building is not the tallest building in New York anymore (the Freedom Tower / World Trade Center 1 building which is still under construction now holds that distinction), it’s still the best view that money can buy in NY.
