A visit to New York City during the winter is not complete without an ice skating session at one of the NYC’s famous ice skating rinks. Of course, everyone knows about the Rockefeller Center Ice Skating Rink and maybe the Bryant Park rink, but most visitors to NewYork are not aware that there are about 15 venues open for public ice-skating in the Big Apple, including a few indoor ice skating rinks. Going ice skating at one of the lesser known ice skating rinks can prove to be much cheaper and you can avoid the huge crowds and long wait times as well.
