Reebok Grand Prix 2008 Results
Five of the top female athletes in the sport have been added to the field for the fourth-annual Reebok Grand Prix on May 31, organizers announced. Sprinter Allyson Felix, a triple 2007 World Champion; Sanya Richards, ranked #1 in the world at 400 meters; Maryam Yusuf Jamal of Bahrain, the reigning 1500-meter World Champion; Jenn Stuczynski, American Record-holder and #2 all-time in the pole vault; and Lisa Barber, 2006 World Indoor Champion at 60 meters, will all be in the lineup.
Paul Koech of Kenya dominated the men’s 3,000m steeplechase, crossing the finish line in 8:01.85, the fastest time ever run on American soil and the fastest time ever run outside of Europe.
Ian Waltz won the discus throw competition with his final toss of 66.17m/217-1

Directions
By Subway:
Take the 4, 5, or 6 Lexington Ave. trains to 125th St., then transfer on the NW corner of 125th St. and Lexington Ave. for the X80 bus to Randall’s and Ward’s Island. The X80 Reebok Grand Prix bus departs Lexington/125th continuously from 3pm to 9:30pm. One way travel time is 10 minutes in both directions.
By Car:
Randall’s Island Park is located under the Triborough Bridge in the East River, between Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens. Bridge toll is $4.50 upon entering; there is no charge to leave the Island.
