Red Bull New York and Soccer United Marketing (SUM) have announced that 2006 UEFA Champions League Winner FC Barcelona will play the Red Bulls at Giants Stadium on Aug. 6th as part of the club's U.S. Tour.
NJ Transit has announced that for the New York Red Bulls vs. FC Barcelona match on August 6 at Giants Stadium, bus service on the #351 line will NOT operate from New York (PABT) to Giants Stadium and return. Passengers will be directed to New York Penn Station and to use any NJ Transit train to Secaucus Junction, where buses will transport passengers to Giants Stadium.
This change is due to construction at the loading area on 41st St, at the Bus Terminal. The switch to train service should have minimal impact on our passengers, as NJ Transit has five to six trains each hour from New York Penn Station to Secaucus Junction, and return trains after the events leaving Secaucus Junction as late as 2:14 a.m.
The price remains at $10.00 roundtrip, rail/bus fare.
