This year's event will focus on a variety of "tastings" - a taste of wine "), a taste of gourmet food items, a taste of the area's best restaurants (30 restaurants per day), and even a taste of the newest automobiles (test drive). Attendees of the event will include passionate consumers, food and beverage trade members, restaurateurs, and mixologists.
Over 75,000 square feet of Pier 94 will be dedicated to the Tasting Pavilion, where attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in everything from gourmet cheeses to procured meats to fine wines and spirits. Attendees have the opportunity to samples from New York's top restaurants and catering companies. If you identify a must have wine, simply order a case and it will be delivered to your home within a week.
Tastings NYC will also feature a variety of smaller pavilions, such as a Pan-Asian Pavilion, a Fine Waters Pavilion, and the Coffee & Tea Festival Pavilion.
Also featured will be a main stage with seating for 200 guests. Attendees will be able to watch and learn from renowned industry talent, such as celebrity chef Jon Ashton and master mixologist Junior Merino. Access to main stage demonstrations are included in the ticket price
